Health Care Coordination
Health Care Coordination plays a critical role in maintaining the health of those we support. This covers supports such as medication administration; accompaniment to doctor’s appointments; training from therapists to educate staff on best practices for each individual; and assistance with medical equipment purchases as needed. We track and record all health information so we can best advocate with those we support for their needs. Finally, all staff are trained on meal preparation and eating guidelines to make sure everyone is safe when eating.
