We are always looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of others to be a part of our team. Employees must be at least 18 years old; have a valid driver’s license; a high school diploma (or equivalent); pass a background check and drug screening; not have a felony; and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. We offer a fun-filled, team environment to help make lives better for others.
We hire people who have the vision of helping the people we support gain as much independence as possible, in all ways (employment, independent living skills, interpersonal relationships, and communication).
Staff who provide support are CPR/First Aid certified, have been through a thorough background check, and are trained on the specific needs of each person so we can provide safe and effective support at all times. Staff receive on-going training, both online and through in-service programs, to remain updated on how to provide the safest and most effective support.
