Day Services and Center Positions

• Case Manager–Part Time
• Provide case management activities for individuals receiving community and residential services.  Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field.  Experience Preferred.  28 hours per week.  Monday – Friday..

• Job Coach–Full Time
• Work with individuals providing training and support during employment activities.  Provide direct support including personal care and supervision.  Hours will be Mon-Thu 8:45am -3:30pm and Fri 9:30am – 3:30pm.  Benefit package available. 32 hours per week.

• Direct Support Professional–PRN (as needed)
• Support individuals in day services and community activities.  Provide direct support including personal care and supervision.  Hours will be Monday – Friday.  No guaranteed hours.

• Residential Weekend/Night/Evening Positions

Work in supported living or group homes. Provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Direct Support Professional – Part Time

• Floater Residential Direct Care Support Staff – Full Time – Female Applicant
• Support individuals in residential services and community activities. Provide direct support including personal care and supervision.  Float among all Residential locations.  Must have the ability to work any of the three shifts, weekdays and weekends.  40 hours per week.   Benefit package available.
