• Community Specialist II – Full Time
• Support individuals in Community activities.  Provide direct care support including personal care and supervision.  Attendance of an accredited four-year university.  Extensive related work experience may be substituted.  Hours will be Monday – Friday from approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm. 40 hours per week.  Benefit package available.
